I definitely agree that Chinese will start being used more and more on the Internet. But do you know if Chinese social media is becoming popular internationally, particularly in countries that receive Chinese investment? A lot of people in sub-Saharan Africa use Facebook pretty frequently and might not need to go on Weibo.
